Overview

With the purpose of improving the conversion rate of the customer base migrating to a new product, we worked with the Customer Services department to understand the pain points of the process and enhance the customer journey.

A re-designed page prepared for the growth of the new portfolio of services

We work on several workshops in which we draw and explore the customer's customer journey and we iterate on ideas for improvement and tests with customers. This have provided the customer needs and pain points, the to-be customer journeys and the required capabilities to support these.
